As a BILLION dollar Company- my expectations as a little bitty customer should be anticipated by this Financial service company. When you are as large and popular and so wealthy as this company is- w/stock prices trading over $430+ any given day--sorry--but I expect more. You can settle for mediocre- but after using this software to prepare my taxes for well over 15 consecutive years--darn tootin' I'm disappointed. Their LACK of communication to ME-does not meet: nor exceed my expectations. You do you and I'll do me. That's all..
