After you file
Since..I am paying TurboTax to manage my
e-files...my expectation of Intuit is to at least send out an email stating some in INKLING of a message as to what is going on with our payments....THEY DID IT WHEN THE STIMULUS WAS HELD UP..(remember?). Plus, the IRS is holding up their payments from each of us that used their software. Do you honestly think that either one or more of Intuit staff has not spoken with any "higher-ups" at the IRS? Seriously? All I'm disappointed in is the LEVEL of Customer Service that me-as one of their customers-deserves... and I said what I said and I'm adamant about it, too.
