I did my taxes on April 4 th 2021, it was rejected for duplicate W-2s there was not duplicate W-2 I e-file again on April 5, 2021 rejected again. I called Turbo Tax the person tols me because the computer was not recognizing that it was not duplicate I would have to mail it. All that was fine, Now when I try to find out anything about the status they say nothing is available about my tax return. I do not know if it was lost in the mail, did it ever get to Utah ? nothing I can get any information on it. IRS sys do not re do the tax return again just wait.. I think they can at least tell you whether it was received or not. This is terrible business and you cannot even talk to a person if you can do anything to let me know some kind of stratus on my tax return I would appreciate it.
