I filed March,2021; received my notice that the tax files electronically was accepted March 17,2021. Since mid-April I have been checking the IRS.GOV site...where is my refund: and it is telling me..my return is being processed. Could there be a problem due to the fact..when I completed the taxes and filed ..I had not received the 2021 American Rescue Plan Payment. The very next day after electronically filing; the ARP payment was then received in my bank account. Could the reason for this BIG delay be due to the fact the "no" box was checked and the payment was already (unbeknowest to me) being processed. To date (May 25, 2021) I am still getting the "being processed" message. Any Help on an answer please. thank you.
