WOULD LIKE TO KNOW UPDATE FROM TURBO TAX SEND FEDERAL REFUND TAXES TO CHECKING ACCOUNT WHEN THEM FEDERAL REFUND TAXES GOING TO BE SEND DIRECT DEPOSIT TO ONES CARD THAT HAVE DIRECT DEPOSIT

This is a user forum that works like a bulletin board; it does not work like a chatroom.  This is a public user community forum--not a direct route to TurboTax Support.   No one here in the user forum can tell you anything specific about your Federal refund, but we can tell you how to check.

You mention both a checking account and a card.   But in either case, TurboTax is only involved in a direct deposit if you chose to pay any fees out of your Federal refund (which uses a third-party company).  I'll tell you below how it works in general and how you can check.

Where did you see a May 24 date?   Does this IRS "Where's My Refund" tool say your refund has been sent?

If the IRS tool says the funds have been sent to your bank, the IRS also says to allow up to 5 days due to different bank processing times and procedures.

However, if you used the following option, then you may be able to check on it now.

Did you have any TurboTax fees that you chose to pay out of the Federal refund?   If so, the funds go first from the IRS to a temporary account at an intermediary bank where the fees are subtracted.   Then that intermediary bank sends the rest of the funds on to your bank (or card.)   If you used that method to pay fees, and if the IRS has actually released the funds, we can tell you how to check on the funds at the level of the intermediary company (SBTPG).
