Should i contact with IRS now since i still don't receive my federal tax return. I checked through IRS tool and it said it is still being processing?

I submitted my federal return form on 02/15/2021 but so far i still don't receive my federal tax return. I checked the IRS website and it said it is still being processed. Should i contact the IRS? Any Turbotax expert can reach me out al xxxxxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx?
