Do you happen to have a brokerage account or mutual fund account that also uses Chase bank for its deposits and cash balances?
If you do, perhaps the bank numbers you see could be for the bank underlying your brokerage account or mutual fund account. Check your brokerage/mutual fund account to see if your Federal refund ended up there.
