This is an old thread with multiple users going back more than 2 years.  It transferred into this new forum from the old community forum a couple of years ago.  You've posted up high in the thread in response to an old comment.  

 

Did you already pay for Audit Defense and want to cancel Audit Defense after the fact?  If so, I believe there is a 30-day window to do so.  Or are you trying to remove it prior to paying by credit card?

 

If you already paid for it and don't want it, phone TurboTax Support first.

I don't know if they will handle the refund or whether they will send you to the Audit Defense folks at

The folks at intuit.taxaudit.com offer that product cheaper than TurboTax, so they might not refund you the full amount that TurboTax charged.  So that's why I said talk to TurboTax Support first.
