I did not file with Turbotax. Turbotax submitted my return and was rejected 2 times. I was never given an explanation. I was charged $117 but nothing was conveyed to me about the problem. Please refund me and take my name off your list. My return was efiled with another source. I hope Turbotax is not the reason for the holdup of my refund. Your cooperation will be greatly appreciated.
