I was told not to file a Tennessee state return, the live agent guided me to try to fix a REVIEW popup, it was nothing, so she assured me I could file and It is showing state return filed, so I'm lost? $315 no I did everything, now look also was charged for MAX , I said no as well agent did ,idk what MAX is but its charged as well as a tennessee state return filing fee,?? clicked continue not agreement of any sort. So please Idk what to do, federal is accepted. What do I need to do to amend? Also I need to file my 2018 taxes, anyone help me understand what to do, TY
