What product did you use in 2019 and now for 2020? Are you referring to desktop software (CD/download) as opposed to Online TurboTax?
Did you use Online TurboTax for 2019, and are now preparing your 2020 online return in a different account? If you are using 2020 Online TurboTax this year and used 2019 Online TurboTax last year, and if there is no evidence of the 2019 return at the Tax Home in the section "Your Tax Returns & Documents", we can tell you how to look for multiple accounts.
