I got it to work by making sure the AGI was set to 0 (zero) - I think that the IRS program will put its own number in there then. I tried several times with my 2019 AGI and also for some reason the AGI that TurboTax put in automatically (that for some reason was not my final number on the actual 2019 form - probably an update of the program since I submitted it in 2020.
I think there also may be a problem with Driver ID information. It got my name right but TurboTax seemed to want to use my wife's nickname, which makes no sense at all. ID's don't usually have nicknames on it. The reason I think this was a potential problem was that when filling out the TurboTax form for ID, the program referenced my wife's nickname to say what ID info they wanted. When I erased the nickname in the personal data section, it changed the ID reference to her actual name. Hard to tell which one or both solved the problem. but it did. Hope this helps. Kirk
