All Turbotax is worried about is their payment, there is no way to get help. I filed on Feb 21 and I have not received my federal, not even a question or a sign that it is being looked at. I did get an email from turbo saying they will automatically charge me even though it was supposed to come from my return. You will not see me file with you next year. Learn to put people first.
