It means your return has been received, and has been selected for manual processing because it either has what the IRS believes is an error, missing information, or something that was flagged for further review. It doesn't mean that there is actually a problem with your return, it just means it's going to take (a lot) longer to process, as the IRS has a backlog in regards to anything that requires manual processing.
