Auto Debit

Yesterday I received an email that my account would be debited $130 for services. This amount was supposed to be deducted from my return which I filed February 24 but still have not received. The number listed to contact [phone number removed] was not helpful. The email said to mention "auto debit" to speak with someone about options. I never got to speak to an actual person and it just kept saying "I'm sorry, I didn't understand that." The email said I have to set something up by today or it will be deducted from my account. What can I do? It's a little hard to factor in a $130 payment for this right now considering I expected the return a long time ago.
