It is indeed ridiculous but no point in wasting more time on it. Looks like printing and filing is the only option now. One thing I'm wondering... I'm getting ready to eFile my 2020 taxes but will be mailing the 2019 amended return. The 2020 return will certainly hit IRS's systems faster than the mailed version. I still need to make sure my 2020 return includes the updated/amended 2019 figure (despite them not having hit the IRS systems yet). Sure hope it doesn't trigger a silly audit.
