I had some issue Feb 16th , called IRS and found out what was the issue and resolved it in less then 10min on the phone with agent. From my experience stop waiting call find out what the hold up is, Turbotax is charging you matter what! They should have to wait as we do but they only give you a 3 weeks extension that's it. You night need a few tries till you get thru IRS but it was well worth in my situation!
