Received a deposit from Tax Products Pe3 SBTPG LLC and it is 2K less than my expected refund. I also do not owe any taxes. Do I need to contact the IRS?

The deposit is 2K less than expected. TurboTax fees to be deducted were only supposed to be $120. I'm not sure what is going on and why 2K was taken from me or if this is fraud. Who do I need to contact?
