It shows you are using the TurboTax Free Edition. I tested the search for stimulus and then the Jump to Stimulus and it worked on my end. Make sure you are in the program and not at the landing page. Select one of the categories to work on and then do your search.
You may try deleting your cookies, clearing your cache and rebooting. If that doesn't work, use a different web browser. See the following:
