Hello, I did file my tax and I got this penalty for 688$
after federal return and state return, I am only have 40$ on my return.
however, I did receive my federal return, which is 305$
so the federal return money doesn't go straight to the penalty?
how do I pay this penalty?
I didn't receive the return money from California state.
