Why on earth would a representative of "turbotax" dismiss an official mailing from the IRS as fraud and not offer any help whatsoever.....guaranteed maximum refund my butt. It cost me $110 this year and missed more than that I am certain in returns. Turbotax you guys are slipping pretty badly. Horrible advice and no accountability. Provide the form or start refunding purchases....thank you kiwado.
