AmyC....Unfortunately, the Turbo Tax experts do not agree on this. If you go through the forums you get both they do not qualify and they do qualify, if they are here even one day in 2020. The software, WITH ALL ITEMS FILLED OUT CORRECTLY, calculates a refund of $1,800. The IRS calculated a refund of $600. Funny though, they seem to think I still have a $1,200 credit on my tax account.
If you look at these two links they appear to disagree with one another. Not exactly a first for the IRS.

5/10/21 Update
The IRS just issued another refund for the $1,200. It turns out that Turbo Tax apparently calculated this issue correctly. I'm starting to get my confidence back in Turbo Tax.
