Nothing of what i just read as far as suggested options go, actually worked for me. Why the heck do i need to verify my identity when I've never had to do that before after years of using turbo tax to file my taxes?!! Now, after filing my taxes and everything got excepted yet is still being processed even though I have zero coming to me except for the stimulus, I still dont understand why im being made to jump through so many unnecessary hoops just to have my funds released to me. I called the number on the IRS website to attempt to set up an in person appointment, once i completed inputting my information to verify my identity, it completely disabled me for 24 hours! I tried calling over five different IRS numbers today to speak to someone about the problems im having and I still haven't gotten anything resolved?!!! I've been waiting patiently since February 12th of this year for my money and not one person has successfully helped me with this situation its almost May for crying out loud! Why ask for my verification of my identity when ive put all of my accurate information in once I filed my taxes with turbo tax?!! Im completely confused about how you all operate its a very simple process on your end which shouldn't take me jumping through hoops with no accomplishment at all with taking care of my problem. If my returns got excepted just release my money to me!
