If you have received an e-mail from Turbo tax stating that your return has been accepted by the IRS then your issue is with the IRS. Pending after 4 days is nothing this year. There are returns filed February 12 and are still pending. And none of that is due to any processing or screening by TurboTax. Once TurboTax transmits a return it is no longer involved in the process due to privacy issues. Unless your return has been rejected by the IRS then you will have to deal with the IRS about a pending return.
Sorry that you are having an issue with the IRS. TurboTax does not issue refunds or Stimulus payments. TurboTax is a tax preparation platform. If you have submitted your return to the IRS, then TurboTax is out of the picture.
FYI, IRS had to suspend processing of returns due to issuing Stimulus payments. They are diligently working to resolve current tax issues and programming, as well. Hopefully your concern will be resolved soon. @omolaso
