Are you sure you have the baby listed as a dependent on your 2020 return? Go back through the dependent interview for your newborn and make sure you answered that the baby lived with you the whole year and not just a portion of 2020. Also, do you have a SSN entered for the baby? It is required to generate any stimulus payments or recovery rebates. @Teela1
It sounds like TurboTax is not recognizing your newborn as a dependent eligible to receive credits. This usually happens when you don't indicate the child lived with you all year or you don't have a social security number entered for your dependent.
