So I prepared my return for TY2019 in 2020 on turbotax online from what I remember completed (or nearly so) - and then filed an extension but then never returned to file it prior to extension deadline and didn't pay on time. I know I owe late fees + penalties. But my question is, how do I file that once extended return and pay the necessary taxes + penalties + fees for state(s) + federal? Can it still be done online via turbotax? I did download the tax file and install turbotax for 2019 windows version, but I'm wondering if this is only for doing amendments?
