Customer Refunds

After fully completing the tax return forms and attempting to file, I was running into constant problems.  After speaking to a representative, they told me that I would have to upgrade to Deluxe Live in order to figure out where the mistake was coming from.  Instead of spending more money to upgrade, I would like to drop the service in general and find another means of filing.  My experience with TurboTax has not been pleasant and since I had already tried to file, I had already paid the Deluxe fee.  However, the filing never went through.  How would I go about getting a refund from TurboTax, since I plan to use a different means for filing?
