Please check whether there is a blank Form 1099-R listed in your return. If one was imported and yet another was manually entered, there could be a duplicate listing that you may not realize. It is ok to have two at the same amount with different account numbers. But, TurboTax wants to make sure that you need both. If one was a correction, only enter the corrected one.

Otherwise, follow these steps to see how many Form s1099-R are in the return:
OPTION 1:
- Inside TurboTax, go to the search box and enter 1099r
- Select the Jump to link in the search results.
- Check how many Forms 1099-R are listed.
OPTION 2:
- Go to the left menu and select Tax Tools.
- Select Tools.
- Select Delete a Form even though you are not necessarily going to delete a form.
- Scroll down to see what Forms 1099-R are listed and the name for each.
