I lost my green dot card and once i call them the machine wont me pass through becuase it ask for green dot card ,i find it impossible to work with turbo and green dot

its like i like direct email where i can work with live agent ,turbo tax replied by sending me the phone number of green dot bank where green dot bank machine wont allow me to speak with agent unless i give them the card number which i lost its like service not flixable
