I understand your frustration and I had the same problem. I filled on 2/12/2021 and I kept calling and I found out Tuesday is the best time to call around 11. [phone number removed] then enter extension 652. They are gonna tell you your tax return was flagged for some reason and it will take 10 weeks to get your return. I'm just now getting my refund on may 3rd. Good luck hope that helps.
