eFile keeps getting rejected

My eFile keeps getting rejected (it's been rejected twice).  I  know that my AGI is correct - I can log in to the IRS site and see what is on file for me. I can't find any kind of error message or code.  How do I solve this?  How do I contact support for help?

 

I am using the desktop version of TurboTax Premeire.
