After a week of calling and automatically getting hung up on by the machine because of the call volume. I was able to speak to an actual person, because I click wanted to make a payment. And waited 15 mins and the very nice girl, transfered me to the refund dept. And got someone right away, who could not give me any answers. Just told me to keep trying. Might have more info next week. Today is been 70 days since my refund has been accepted. (BIG SIGH)
