You can talk to a live person you just have to keep calling they are not going to have no information I suggest that your check love 30 on your W-2s there was a $600 stimulus rebate credit add it on to my form which I did not put on there do not know how it got on there they told me to wait until the 27th which will be exactly two weeks if I don't receive it I have to call them back I'm very frustrated I've used TurboTax for the last three years and have never waited test 21 days
