After you file
Someone here replied that Turbo Tax is examining the returns for possible Flag issues. Really?
These people probably thought we are a bunch of morons.
After the preparation of my tax, the program did a thorough Turbo Tax Audit, so why do you needs to look for ;errors' again?
I am only using your service to file and transmit my return to the IRS, it not not job to look at my return for errors and (probably) sneak on my information. You need to come clean with the truth and tell us that your software was buggy. Why don't you let the IRS reject the return, so we can correct whatever mistake they found and re-transmit?
I filed my return 4 days ago and its still in "pending" status. How many months will it take Turbo Tax to "look" at my return before sending it to the IRS? Will you help me pay my rent so my landlord don't throw me out? Or are you planning to send me a check to buy food to feed my infants babies?
This is one of the reasons the talk of by-passing these tax preparation companies is gaining ground in public domain. I wish the IRS can do the filings, since they have all the material needed, and send us check without having to go through you.
If my return isn't transmitted by midnight tomorrow, I will use another program to file it. If you later submit yours to the IRS, they will reject it for multiple filing. I will not spend time in jail for that!
And, it's in the air if I will ever use your program again - after 10 years of being a loyal customer
