Check line 30 on your TurboTax filing, I guess it’s probably showing $247 based on the numbers you provided here, and if you got stimulus check 1 & 2, it should probably be zero. TurboTax didn’t have a clear interview process around this and the IRS makes the adjustment without explaining it to you.
