I received a email from IDnotify stating that my tax return had not been signed. So, I signed it and returned. This happened in early February. I have been waiting since then for my return. Been going into IRS refund which keeps telling me it's in process. How can I be sure when I received the February text that this wasn't a scam and that they are still being held up by IRS.
