After you file

We went through this same nightmare last year. Multiple calls to customer service and no help to be found. We tried paying for weeks. Finally gave up and didn’t even file last year (I have five kids and with Covid it was all a nightmare). We finally just hired an accountant this year to take care of it for us. After 13 years of using turbo tax we are sad to report we will never use it again. Good luck and hopefully you can find some kind of resolution. Many of the suggestions I heard had to do with software issues or deleting cookies or some jazz. Tried it all.
