TY for the reply. My state is Indiana. TT's pdf doesn't explicity say whether the state does or does not accept direct payment. After a little bit of web searching, it looks like Indiana does not. So, that seems to mean I can pay at the state's website, which I will do. But, despite TT's instruction, I'm guessing there's no need to mail the voucher?
