My federal return was accepted 2 months ago and I have not received my refund. Anybody else encounter same situation?

IRS's status tool says it's still processing with no refund date.  I am starting to get worried.  It's the 1st time ever it has taken this long for a refund, and certainly where my state refund arrived sooner than the federal one.
