That can be interpreted a couple of ways. What are you trying to find--an unfinished online 2019 return, or are you trying to find a 2019 desktop software purchase? By "software" are you referring to the Online TurboTax web version, or did you buy 2019 desktop software (CD/download) but can't find it?
Did you start a 2019 return in Online TurboTax and paid for it, and now you cannot find the 2019 online return?
Or did you pay for 2019 software (CD/download), and can't find your software download?
If you started a 2019 Online return last year, you will need 2019 desktop software installed on your computer to finish it. If you already paid for a 2019 online return, TurboTax Support should furnish you the software. Then you can download the *.tax2019 data file you started online. We can tell you how to find the 2019 data file, if that's your situation.
