@Blackjacobin4 I dialed a different number 829-0582 (put 1-800 in front), then it asks for a language preference. This number appears to bypass the main menu and directly requests a 3-digit extension. The first 2 times it said the "high-call volume" message, the 3rd time it gave me an estimated hold-time and placed me on hold.
