Before the tax deadline changed I filed my taxes. I owed in 1300$ because of my unemployment benefits I got during pandemic. I scheduled the date to pay these taxes at the last possible date, April 15.
Then congress passed the bill to ignore 10,200$ of unemployment and to extend the tax deadline.
I've paid in already. Will I be getting my money back and my refund automatically. How do I pursue getting my money I overpaid into taxes???
