Before telling their customers to mail in their returns, Turbotax should explain how the return will be delayed and any refund delayed by possiblyl months. If I had known, I would have found another way to send my return electronically. Now, I have the stress of not knowing if it was even received. I paid an extra fee for Turbotax "extra help" and am not getting it.
