tax return use in foreign country
I lived in the US until 2017. I now live in Hong Kong. I have my IRS tax return check in the US (cause I had to go through a missing check report form and took me such a long time to get the check reissued). The check was mailed to my friend's address in the US because I no more live in the US. I do not have a back account in the US now. How do I use the IRS check/money? Can I deposit the IRS check in my hong kong bank? Any advice?
