TurboTax does not know that you scheduled a payment or if that payment was cancelled. It is up to the taxpayer to cancel the payment, if they do not want it to be processed.
The IRS will start issuing refunds for the overpayment of taxes on unemployment in May.
TurboTax is still working with some states on issues with the unemployment and users will not be able to e-file returns with unemployment until all issues are resolved and updated in TurboTax.
