Did the "expert" mean they take the money and don't care to wait until I get my refund to take the money for their "services"? Because I have NOT gotten my return money and I was fortunate at the time to even have the $140 in my bank account that they automatically withdrew from. In my opinion that is horrible customer service, the customer should always be satisfied and get what they intended to pay for before the company snatches their money first.
It definitely seems to be a he said she said.. call them... call them situation. If you call the IRS NOBODY ANSWERS!!! its a automated voice that ends up hanging up on me because the "lines are too busy".
