BTW, the link you provided does NOT work!! Mailed my amended 2019 tax return 10/6/2020, the site still says nothing on file to wait 16 weeks after mailing. Well its 27 weeks, still says nothing to display. You can't call the IRS, its an endless cycle. I just read you can efile 2019 amended but can't figure out how to do that. Anyone know what to do next????
