I have been tracking my refund status using their website, but it’s been in pending state in perpetuity for nearly two months now. I have also not received this latest stimulus.
The answers on the website have been 0 help. I’ve tried calling the irs several times now and I could never get through to a live person.
what other options are there? From my standpoint on everything I’ve read and seen thus far this seems to be a TurboTax issue as everyone I know who has used a different service did not run into any issues.
