You have to call automated line. Go through steps and when it tells you to put in your social security number....Don't. Put in your employer Identification number instead. And after holding for me 40 mins then another 55 after they transferred me to the return department. That's where almost 6-7 million returns are as they are understaffed and backlogged. And if you filed the earned income credit or stimulus or child care credit they need to be done MANUALLY. So we all wait. Thanks tt for that.
