The check will be mailed to the address on file with the IRS - the address on your most recently filed tax return. The Post Office has been VERY slow, with heavy demands on their resources. It also depends on where you're located. Check the date given in the IRS tool, Get my Payment and start watching your mailbox about a 10 days after the mailing date.
